Absolutely terrific. Had the vegan dark chocolate - and it tasted just like regular ice cream. My partner got the basil olive oil (which was also vegan), and he said it was amazing as well. Worth climbing those stairs for!!!
The gelato here is absolutely divine!! We tried the lemon and basil, mixed berry, and lemon - every bite was incredibly creamy and absolutely delicious. We noticed they also serve affogato with coffee and bailey’s, so we’ll definitely be back to try that!
I spent the least amount of time in Corniglia, but I wish I was able to go to Alberto Gelateria multiple times- so many flavors appealed to me! I ordered the frozen yogurt with honey and lemon, which was marked as gluten free- skip the cookie addition.

The basil olive oil gelato was amazing! One of the most unique and best tasting flavor combinations I’ve ever had. I’ll be back. Well done.

Such a great treat. Their gelato looked amazing, and although we came for the basil gelato, we realized we actually came for the regional basil overall. The granita is sweet, salty, sour and perfect. So refreshing. We had several during our few days in Corniglia. Always friendly, prompt service from the folks working the counter. They do what they do well. :)Much needed treat after a long hike between towns. Gelato was fantastic (pistachio + stracciatella) and the basil lime slush was the perfect cool-down.
long-awaited and great refreshment after the hike from vernazza. all the flavours we tried were terrific, tasted like they were made with real ingredients and no artificial flavourings. easily the best gelato i’ve had in italy and a must try in corniglia!
Best gelato in Cinque Terre! I had to try the basil gelato they have here, and it was truly wonderful. I didn't know what to expect, but it was delicious — and the olive oil they add made it taste like nothing else I've ever tried. The staff is super friendly. It was the perfect snack for a hot afternoon after walking all day. Definitely my favourite spot in Corniglia, I highly recommend it!
The gelato is perfect! We tried the basil and olive oil, crunchy amarena, lemon, hazelnut and chocolate, all incredible. Warm and friendly service. A must-visit if you're in Cinque Terre.
We went here like 3 times a day during our time in Corniglia, I'll dream about this gelato. Also open late which is great!
We found this gelato shop by chance while walking around. It had lots of awards displayed, so we gave it a try. The flavours were really creamy and fresh. It was one of the better gelato places we tried in Italy. Even though it was a small shop, they had a good variety of choices. We’re happy we found it, and we’d return again if we go back to Cinque Terre.

Amazing gelato and lemonade in corniglia. The decor is just amazing and the vibes were truly italian. I really loved the place and recommended for all
Tried the lemon and honey frozen yogurt. It was really good! The yogurt had a rather milky taste and was just the right balance of sweet and sour. Not sure if it was a temporary issue, but my Google Pay didn't seem to work. It might be safer to bring some cash or a physical card along.
